Account & Login Issues
If you’re unable to log in or access your account:
- Check that your email address is correct
- Use the “Forgot password” option if available
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
If the issue continues, email us with your account email and a brief description of the problem.
Billing & Subscription Questions
SportDux uses Stripe to securely process membership payments.
- If a payment fails, please check with your bank or card provider
- You can update or change your payment details from within the app (when available)
- For any unexpected charges, contact us and we’ll investigate
Reporting Bugs or Issues
If you experience a bug in the app (e.g. tipping, leaderboards or prize entries not updating):
- Take screenshots where possible
- Include your device model and OS version
- Tell us what you were doing just before the issue occurred
