Rules for using the SportDux app and participating in skill-based competitions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SportDux mobile application and website (“SportDux”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using SportDux, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

SportDux is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using SportDux, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to participate in skill-based competitions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to you.

3. Nature of the Service

SportDux is a skill-based sports tipping platform. Members tip the outcomes of selected sporting fixtures across multiple leagues.

• Points are awarded for correct tips.
• Additional bonus points may be awarded for correct margin ranges or other performance measures, as described in the app or on the website.
• Strong performance in a round can unlock Dux Skill Status and prize-draw entries.
• Entries cannot be purchased and are earned solely from tipping performance.
• SportDux does not offer betting odds, multis, cash-outs or per-bet wagering.

The exact points schedule, Dux Status thresholds and entry amounts may differ by league or competition and will be described in the product from time to time.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Membership & Payments

SportDux memberships are billed via Stripe or other approved payment providers. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel your membership in accordance with the app or platform terms. Pricing and available tiers may change over time. Current membership tiers and inclusions are displayed in the app and on the website.

6. Skill-Based Points & Prize Draw Entries

SportDux uses a points and entry system to reward tipping skill. In general:

• Correct tips earn points.
• Correct margin ranges earn additional bonus points.
• Reaching Dux Skill Status for a round (by reaching the required point threshold) unlocks prize-draw entries.
• Higher point totals for a round may unlock additional entries in accordance with the schedule published in the app or on the website.
• For certain leagues, such as NBA and MLB, only a set of SportDux-selected marquee games (for example, 10 featured fixtures per round) count towards points and entries. These games will be clearly marked in the fixture list.
• Entries earned from a round are allocated to the next upcoming eligible prize draw cycle. After each draw cycle, entry counts reset for future rounds.
• Entries cannot be purchased and are not allocated randomly. Only members who have earned entries through tipping performance can have entries in a draw.

7. Prize Draws

• SportDux may run cash, merchandise or other prize draws. The number of prizes, prize descriptions and indicative values will be announced in the app, on the website or in promotional material.
• Unless otherwise stated, winners are selected at random from the pool of valid earned entries for the relevant draw.
• We may require identity verification and eligibility checks before confirming or paying any prize.
• Prizes may be subject to taxation or reporting obligations. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply in your jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use SportDux for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or manipulate fixtures, results, points, entries or prize allocation.
• Create multiple accounts or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All SportDux trademarks, logos, designs, graphics and content are owned by or licensed to SportDux and may not be used without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportDux is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, website or competitions. Our total liability in connection with SportDux is limited to the amount you have paid for membership in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SportDux if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform or engage in inappropriate behaviour. You may stop using SportDux at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SportDux after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
